    • If the item is found to be used or opened upon inspection, we will be unable to provide a refund.

  3. Final Sale:

    • After 30 days of purchase, all sales are considered final.
    • We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for products after this period.

  4. Reporting Issues and Concerns:

    • If you have any issues, concerns, or questions regarding your purchase, please notify us within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • After this 30-day period, we will be unable to address any concerns or provide refunds.

Southern Resident Soapery is not responsible for reactions to any particular ingredient. Each product has a list of ingredients on our website - if you have sensitivities to any ingredients listed, don't use the product. If you are prone to sensitive skin, but the ingredient list looks safe, trying a small amount of product and watching for any reaction is advised. If at any time irritation occurs please discontinue using the product.
